Breathe First Logo

In response to demand, we are excited to launch new locations for Orofacial Myofunctional and breathing Assessment, meaning our patients can have their face to face assessment much closer to home.

We have chosen the beautiful clinic at The Bodywork Centre in Hexham to conduct these assessments.

Assessment sessions for adults and children typically last just over an hour. Information on what happens in an assessment can be found in our FAQs. Your assessment session will be followed up with a report of findings and recommendations, and options for therapy will be presented.

If you live in the North East, and have been concerned about mouth breathing, sleep disordered breathing, chewing and swallowing difficulties, TMJ pain or children’s oral tone and/or dental/facial development, please get in touch.

Our next available session is Monday 21st October 2024, with a view to a monthly clinic from January 2025. Please specify a preference for Hexham clinic on your enquiry form.
