At Breathe First, we want your shopping experience to be simple and stress-free. Below you’ll find our delivery information and returns policy, including details for international customers.

Delivery Information

Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.

UK Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48£3.55 (2–3 business days)

  • FREE 48hr UK Shipping on orders over £80

  • Certain products qualify automatically for free 2–3 day delivery (see below).

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked.

  • Europe: 3–7 business days – from £8.10
  • Rest of World: 6–14 business days – from £8.10
  • Rates are calculated automatically by order weight at checkout.

United States
For US orders, customs and import duties are prepaid at checkout. You won’t be charged additional fees on delivery.

All other countries
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs charges applied by the destination country.

Delivery times may vary due to customs processes. 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30-day returns policy on all items.

Returns Window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, factory-sealed condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item

Health & Hygiene

To comply with health and hygiene regulations (in  items that have been opened or have a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned unless faulty. This applies to all products, including oral appliances, bottles, and mouthpieces.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply to perishable or personalised goods (unless faulty) or items damaged through misuse.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, securely package the item(s).
  3. Send to the return address provided in our confirmation email.

Postage Costs

UK: Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International: Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Please mark the parcel clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any duties or fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking & Packaging

Please use a tracked and insured service and keep proof of postage. Items remain your responsibility until received by us.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges and any customs/import fees from your order are non-refundable (except where we made an error or the item is faulty)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost and cover reasonable return postage where applicable.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded, unless the file is faulty or inaccessible. If you have an issue, email us and we’ll resend or replace the file.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
