Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items, counted from the date you receive your order.

Conditions for Returns
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Items that are faulty or incorrectly sent are eligible regardless of condition — please contact us with photos.
🏥 Health & Hygiene To comply with health and hygiene regulations, items that have been opened or have a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned unless faulty. This applies to all products including oral appliances, bottles, and mouthpieces.
Exceptions This policy does not apply to perishable or personalised goods (unless faulty) or items damaged through misuse. Digital downloads are non-returnable once accessed, unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.
How to Return an Item
  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, securely package your item(s) ready for posting.
  3. Send to the return address provided in our approval email.
Return Postage Costs

🇬🇧 UK Returns

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

🌍 International Returns

Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Mark parcels as "Returned Goods". Any duties incurred will be deducted from your refund.
📦 Tracking & Packaging Please use a tracked and insured service and keep proof of postage. Items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Refunds
  • Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges and customs/import fees are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item is faulty.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Your Statutory Rights — Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
