Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day returns policy on all items, counted from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Items that are faulty or incorrectly sent are eligible regardless of condition, please contact us with photos.
🏥 Health & Hygiene
To comply with health and hygiene regulations, items that have been opened or have a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned unless faulty. This applies to all products including oral appliances, bottles, and mouthpieces.
Exceptions
This policy does not apply to perishable or personalised goods (unless faulty) or items damaged through misuse. Digital downloads are non-returnable once accessed, unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.
How to Return an Item
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, securely package your item(s) ready for posting.
- Send to the return address provided in our approval email.
Return Postage Costs
🇬🇧 UK Returns
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.🌍 International Returns
Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. Mark parcels as "Returned Goods" to avoid UK import charges. If a parcel is incorrectly declared and duties are charged to us on receipt, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
📦 Tracking & Packaging
Please use a tracked and insured service and keep proof of postage. Items remain your responsibility until received by us.
Refunds
- Processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
- Issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges and customs/import fees are non-refundable, except where we made an error or the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law.
REMplenish Warranty
REMplenish bottles and Myo-Nozzles come with a 90-day manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. If a part fails because of a fault in how it was made, and the fault shows up during normal use, we will give you one free replacement of that part or product.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing faults in the bottle or the Myo-Nozzle that appear during normal use within 90 days of purchase.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Biting or chewing damage. Splits, tears or bite marks from biting, chewing or rubbing teeth on the nozzle.
- Mould. Mould or discolouration caused by water left in the nozzle or straw, by cleaning that does not follow the care instructions, or by harsh chemicals.
- Damage from drops or impact.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Cosmetic marks such as scratches, dents or fading.
- Lost or misplaced items.
⚠️ Biting and Mould Are Not Manufacturing Faults
The Myo-Nozzle is designed for sipping, not biting. Biting or chewing it is by far the most common reason a nozzle splits, especially with children, so younger users should drink with an adult keeping an eye on them. Mould grows when water is left sitting in the nozzle and straw, so rinse them after use and let them dry fully. See looking after your REMplenish. If your nozzle has been bitten or has mould, you can buy a replacement Myo-Nozzle and straw.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email [email protected] within 90 days of purchase with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the fault. For a nozzle, please send a close-up of the damaged area.
- We will check whether it is a manufacturing fault and, if it is, send your replacement free of charge. If we need the faulty item back, we will cover the return postage.
If Your Item Is No Longer Available
We will send an equivalent item of the same or higher value in a similar style and colour. If you would rather not have the replacement, we will refund the item instead.
Your Legal Rights: This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them. If an item was faulty when it reached you, you can still ask us to repair, replace or refund it, including after the 90 days.
