Book a Discovery Call
A friendly 20-minute online call to talk through your concerns and find out whether myofunctional or breathing therapy is right for you. £40, no obligation.
What is a discovery call?
A discovery call is a relaxed, 20-minute online conversation with one of our clinical team. It gives you the chance to talk through what is going on, ask your questions, and get an honest view of whether myofunctional or breathing therapy is likely to help, before you commit to a full assessment.
There is no pressure and no obligation. If we do not think therapy is the right route for you or your child, we will say so and point you towards what is.
You will usually come away with a few practical pointers to try in the meantime, so the call is worthwhile whether or not you decide to go ahead with a full assessment.
What happens on the call
- A friendly conversation over secure video, not a formal appointment.
- Time to describe your concerns and ask whatever is on your mind.
- An honest view of whether therapy could help, and how it would work.
- A few practical pointers to try at home, based on what you describe.
- Clear next steps, with no pressure to book anything.
Who it is for
Discovery calls suit adults and parents who are wondering whether their concerns are something we work with, from mouth breathing, snoring and tongue posture to jaw comfort or a speech or swallowing worry. Many people come to us having already tried a few things, and that is completely normal. Whether you are exploring myofunctional therapy for the first time or looking for a second opinion, a discovery call is a low-commitment place to start.
Common questions
How long is the call, and how does it work?
Thirty minutes, online via secure video. You will get a link to join when you book.
Is it the same as an assessment?
No. A discovery call is a conversation to help you decide whether a full assessment is worthwhile. It is not a diagnosis or treatment.
What does it cost?
£40 for the 20-minute call.
What if therapy is not right for me?
We will tell you honestly, and where we can, suggest who might be better placed to help.
