How long and how often to use Myospots

  • Duration: Each Myospot dissolves in approximately 45–60 minutes, providing consistent gentle resistance during that time.

How to use

  1. Place the Myospot: With clean hands, press the Myospot onto the roof of your mouth, about 1cm behind the front teeth.
  2. Hold in place: Use your tongue to hold it until it sticks securely.
  3. Let it dissolve: Keep the tongue gently pressed against the spot while it dissolves (typically 45–60 minutes).
  4. Repeat: Use 2–3 times daily for best results.
