The small print, stated plainly. Both figures are measured on your basket at trade prices, excluding VAT and delivery, not on RRP. So the £250 minimum is £250 of what you actually pay, and the £1,500 tier unlocks when your discounted basket passes £1,500. Trade orders have a £250 minimum. Delivery is charged on all trade orders, so the free UK delivery threshold does not apply. A small number of accessories and consumables are excluded from trade discount because the margin does not support it. Trade discount cannot be combined with promotional codes or sale pricing.

Before you apply

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, £250 excluding VAT, measured at your trade prices. Trade accounts are built for practices selling from a shelf rather than ordering one client at a time. If that is too much to start with, ask us about a referral arrangement instead.

Who can open an account?

Qualified practitioners, registered practices and accredited teachers: dentists, orthodontists, hygienists, SLTs, myofunctional therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and yoga, Pilates and breathwork teachers. Where your profession has a statutory register we check it. Where it does not, we accept an accrediting body and current insurance instead.

How does the 20% tier work?

It applies automatically when your basket passes £1,500 excluding VAT, measured at your trade prices rather than at RRP. You do not need to ask or enter a code. The cart tells you how much more to add.

Is delivery included?

No. Delivery is charged on all trade orders at standard rates, which is how we keep the discount as generous as it is. We ship internationally, with rates shown at checkout. Local duties and taxes may apply.

Do you provide training?

Not formal training at this stage. What we do offer is direct access to our Clinical Lead to talk through protocols and correct use of the products, so your team is confident recommending and selling them.

Can I resell to my clients?

Yes. Most partners sell at our RRP. We ask that you do not undercut RRP on public marketplaces.

What if I would rather just refer?

You can. We can set up a referral arrangement instead, where patients buy direct and you hold no stock at all. Ask when you apply.
