Small fits both adults and kids
The Small size in our adult range and MyoTape for Kids are the same fit — designed for mouth widths under 47mm (1.85"). That covers children, teens, and smaller-framed adults. If your child uses Kids tape, this pack is identical in size at half the price.

Suitable for older children and teenagers who've outgrown the Kids pack but still measure Small.

The strips themselves look and perform exactly like our current MyoTape. The packaging you receive will be the older blue-and-white box design rather than our current navy-and-orange. MyoTape surrounds the lips and uses light elastic tension to encourage closure. The mouth is never fully sealed — so adults and children can breathe naturally if they need to.

Simple 3-step application
Clean, dry skin. Apply just before bed. That's it.
Peel the strip
Gently pull apart the tape and peel off the backing.
Stretch & place
Stretch the tape 20–30% and place it around the mouth (not over it).
Press to secure
Press gently on the tape to secure it in place. Done — ready for sleep.
Try wearing it for 20–30 minutes before bed while reading or watching TV. This helps with getting used to the sensation before sleeping with it on. Always recommended for children to apply with a parent the first few nights.

📏 How to measure mouth width
- Get a ruler and find a mirror
- Relax the face and mouth (neutral expression)
- Measure the width of the mouth from corner to corner
- If the measurement is under 1.85 inches (47mm), Small is the right size — for an adult or a child
